Hmmm....I think if they are physically active, they can have a lot of stamina.

That was me for most of my life.....the skinny girl that was totally out of shape...now Im in shape but overweight for my frame....Dang I need to get this right!

My goals since I'm still not allowed a signature and I'm not sure why:
Mini Goal: Lose 8 lbs by end of January
VDay Goal: Another 2 (or three!) by Feb. 15.

Okay I'm in!
The week before V-day is my B-day which I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by.
My plan:
Drink at least one green smoothie per day - enjoyed them this summer when I incurred a sports injury and was trying to watch my food intake as I could barely move.
Do the Jillian's 30 day shred - again!
...and no alcohol until my b-day! This always helps.

Welcome Otown! I did the Shred a few years ago...it is a GREAT workout! What is in a green smoothie?
Well, one day of clean eating and I am down .9 lbs. I need to get rid of this bloat! No bread, rice or pasta this week.
Teaching to Zumba classes today and will try and squeeze in some light resistance training at home. Have the Power 90 (not the X) DVD's and also the Brazilian Butt Lift.....and boy, could my butt use a lift.
First day of the kids back to school and me back to my regular work schedule.
Can't wait to get these holiday decos put away! It all looks like clutter to me now!

I absolutely intend to weigh 270 or less on Valentine's Day. My birthday is in January, but we are NOT eating out. I think we will have very lean steaks at home for my birthday. I am telling everyone to not buy me pastries or candy, very dark chocolate and roasted nuts are their only options for goodies. Also, gift cards for new smaller clothes!

Day 3, COMPLETE!  It feels so great starting to get back into my lifting groove! Hopefully by easing into it I can remain injury free.... 
Even in maintenance I always try to be competitive with myself, as I love a good challenge! Hope you ladies are all on a roll & shakin your bon bon  & having fun doing your workouts!

Hi,
I'm pretty new here and joined the "Egg-cellence Easter challenge" but this is shorter and hopefully will help me keep at it.
To make a long story short (better say that now, Ugh, I'm a talker) I started about 2 1/2 months ago, my basic philosophy is move more eat less (and by eat less I mean make better choices) so far it's working but I'm always afraid I'll slip back. So off we go to Valentines day . . .
I'm going to try for 10 lb's by Valentines day

Jan 2 - 181.6
Jan 9 - 178.0 (-3.6)
Jan 16 -177.2 (-0.8)

Total: -12.2 lbs = 48+ sticks of BUTTER

Kind of disappointed..thought I'd wake up today and see a nice drop on the scale. I guess I need to lower amount of CALORIES as well as amount of net carbs. Never got around to resistance training yesterday, hope to get that in today. I've been so busy helping others with THEIR workout that I have neglected my own.
