1) enjoy my life, family, friends, marriage, health, dogs
2) run my first half marathon
3) do some volunteer work
4) TRAVEL!
5) reach and MAINTAIN my goal weight
In 2011, I'm going to:
- work hard to reach my goal weight through healthy choices and activity
- start doing some back country camping, hiking for several days and setting up camp where we end up for the day
- return to Italy (a bit of a cheat here as I'm ticketed and counting down the weeks now)
- build activity back into my daily life as it used to be
- not beat myself up so much over my weight/shape
- have the only "day one" be yesterday
it sounds corny, but I want to be the most i can be, the best person I can, and realize that i don't need to be perfect if I am always trying
