Wink I just joined the 40-something! Hi everybody!!!
I am a 44 years old physician. I am 5'6" and 153 lbs. A could of years ago I got "stuck" above 150 lbs and weight just does not come off! Seriously, I have not tried hard enough. The goal is to lose 30lbs to go back to what I was 20 years ago. I can do it, even if it takes 2 years!!! I am sooo determined!

Hi! Just welcomed you on the 40-something december chat and now realize I skimmed your message and thought you'd ALREADY lost 30 pounds at 153. I'll be happy to get back there this year to 153 not 123 ... ha ha! Good luck!

Welcome, 30lbs!!! So glad you are here with us. We are currently recruiting posters on the Accountability/Chat thread.

Seriously, this board has been a huge (positive) influence on my lifestyle changes and has really helped me accept my new way of eating, etc. Hope it is useful to you, too.

Hi, I am a 45 yr. old female.. I am 5'2 1/2 and weigh 215.. I have lost 10 lbs. already.. But I need to lose almost 80 more.. Thanks for having me here..
