I do have a question. If you track with pen and paper, what are you using? I'm leaning towards purchasing a Bodyminder journal. If you've used it, did you like it?
i do journal every day on the ideal protein log, which is basically a one page sheet that allows me to post my 3 meals and snacks for the whole week. I like this because I can compare day to day.
