Hi everyone ...
I've been MIA for a while, but I'm still on track. I think the last time I checked-in I had just made it into Onederland. Well, today ... I hit 188 - a weight I have not seen on the scale since after the birth of my first child (who is now 10!) I'm very happy and had to share.
I'm half way to my goal ... Its been slow (1 year) but I guess thats a good thing. Cheers everyone
