A few friends that know I am losing weight commented recently that they can see a difference. That makes me feel good and I also feel good about how much better my clothes fit. I can also fit in some clothes I have not worn in a couple of years and that is nice too. I even had to go out and buy new underwear because mine were getting saggy, haha.
