i feel really good today in the past i would try a new diet routine and then have a bad week or a bad few days and that would be the end of my diet but some how i found a new determination to lose weight andi think i owe it to you guys i know that when i attended weight watchers meetings i sat quietly and listened but this is a whole new outlet for me and i don't feel as though i'm being judged just incouraged and do you know what i threw my scales in the bin and my doctor has agreed to have the nurse weigh me once a month to check my progress but the best thing of all is i've lost 2lbs hooray me i feel like i can do it this time
