Today-
9 am- Special K waffle with fresh strawberries and banana
11 am- 2 slices toast with butter
Lunch-chicken panini hubby made- yum!!
Dinner-roasted pork loin
Baked sweet potato
fresh applesauce
peas
roasted brussel sprouts.

Ok- I managed to get this week`s menu done.
Now I have to grocery shop- yuck-lol.

Sunday- Ate 1310 calories. I walked/ran 6 miles (Burning 500 calories) and did 45 minutes of yoga. Not bad for my day off!
Breakfast- 2 organic pancakes w/sugar free syrup
1 Egg

Sunday Supper-
Chicken breast pieces w/barbeque sauce
3/4 c Macaroni Salad (with smart pasta and light mayo)
1/2 c Baked beans
1/2 a Deviled egg
fruit salad

Snack/dinner- 3 baked chicken wings w/fat free blue cheese
Crab dip with Ritz pretzel crackers
grapes

Monday
B- Slimfast shake
L- Mandarin chicken salad
D-Polynesian Pork Chops (Crockpot)w/pineapple
Jubilee Rice- (mashed potatoes for John)
Peas

Tuesday-
B- Slimfast Shake
L- Lean Cuisine
D-Beef Stew (Crockpot)
Tossed salad
Maybe some biscuits from heart healthy bisquick?

Wed
B- Slimfast shake
L- Steak Salad
D- Peppered Venison (crockpot)
Mashed Potatoes
Peas and Carrots
Fruit salad

Thurs-
B- Slimfast shake
L-Lean Cuisine
D- Crockpot Chicken w/mandarin oranges
Stove Top for guys
Black Rice for me
Mixed Veggies

Friday
B- Slimfast shake
L- Low cal. soup, toasted cheese w/light swiss
D- Blue Cheese Steak
Mushrooms and Onions
Baked Potato (1/2) with light sour cream
steamed broccoli/cauliflower/carrots

Add in 2 snacks a day of fruit, yogurt, slim fast bars, or rice cakes.
Or jello w/ whipped cream-yumm-lol.

Sounds like a plan-lol.

How do you cook your egg whites? This is probably a stupid question but I've only tried them once and when I made an omelette with them I found the whole thing really runny and not very appetizing.

Hi Okpic,
I have to add a ton of other stuff to give it volume like peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby spinach leaves, and salsa for me. If I don't have salsa I will sprinkle a small amount of feta or blue cheese for the sharp flavor.
