Does anyone else make up their menu for the week? I`m working on ours today. Any suggestions?? I like to try some different things every week.

I try to plan out a couple of things to fix for my family. Sometimes I eat what I fix for them, sometimes I fix myself something different. Depends on how well I have done that day. I wish I could be more organized and have it figured out ahead but our evenings are hectic and you never know who will actually be home at dinner time either.

Default HI all

On weeknights I kind of know what we are going to eat because I grill up some chicken or cook up some kind of protien and then add salad and veggies to it.

Whatever I do on sunday determines my dinners for the week. This week for lunch I am taking lots of salad and Lean Cuisines!

Breakfast is Oatmeal, toast or Egg whites and tst. with coffee.

Snacks are fruits.

If I don't binge at night I would be skinny!!! ;-)
