3 days in!!
 

Hello all,

I just wanted to announce to world that I am 3 days into my life change! I don't say diet because I have failed at too many of them. I have stuck to it for 3 days----HUGE for me:p Best of all I feel GREAT.

Good for you!! The first few days seem to be the hardest. I am saying life change too as I have decided at my age I needed to change from eating like a kid to eating like an adult. I feel so much better too! Keep it up, you are doing a great job!!

Way to go!! It might be hard to start-but it does get easier!! I started my third YEAR. That's scary. It seems like yesterday I started the journey.
