What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm 40 and most of my support is gone. I feel so totally alone with my weight burden. I'm also starting to see the affects of my weight on my body, back pain, knee problems, can't walk across the street with out huffing and puffing. It scares me.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: i have a new trainer who is really great and I am doing it with my husband who just lost his job
Anything else you would like to share with us: Very discouraged. I haven't lost any weight in the past few weeks likely due to self sabotage. Too weak to stick to a strict diet. Lots of excuses.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am now embarrassed about my size as my weight has really crept up in the last year, so it is a now or never. Joined the gym and going to try and be open about when I 'cheat' with treats and snacks which sabotage my healthy eating

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm finally in the right frame of mind. I always use my weight to put up walls to keep people out (yes, I know, psychological). Just realizing that I'm only hurting myself.
