So I am on my journey now, I wishing everyone the same, I alway's lacked will power but somehow feel this is my year!

My eating habits change today!

I weighed in this Morning and was at 205 so changed my slider cut out all soda, and crap had a healthy lunch and hanging in there.

New start, new friends and new us - what else can we ask out of life!

I need a soul mate, maybe thats asking too much :)

I have to remind myself to take eating healthy one minute at a time. I finally quit smoking after holding on to that bad habit for almost 20 years, and I found that when I finally quit smoking that's how I did it - took each craving for a smoke one minute at a time. I will approach losing weight and eating healthy the same way - I'm hoping that this time, will be THE time. :) Good luck to you!!
