Hi Trob, I am right there with you as well! I found if support is needed, this sure is the place to get it! So many wonderful words of encouragement. I live in a house with four kids, eating diet food is part of my issue when I have to make "teenager food". But I stuck a picuture of myself on the fridge. It's a nice reminder to keep it together, (seeing that I never let anyone take my picture!), just a glance of my "fat picture" puts me back to reality! And as far as exercise, I have made it a couple of times around the block, but Wii Fit is where I'm at! You don't have to leave your living room, and you will work up a sweat!!! It's an investment, and worth it! Stay strong!!!!

No exercise is a big part of my problem. Hoping to get motivated to use the treadmill my brother gave me.....6 months ago and gathering dust in my basement.

How do you get motivated?
