I have just joined the "Chicks in Control" thread as I have disordered eating habits I need to change - I am getting too old to be abusing my body with overeating and dieting!

I have the same problems as all over 40's , less energy, finding it harder to get enough sleep, and piling on pounds is not helping at all.
My goal is to achieve 30 days of planned, caloirie counted eating and just feel a little better about myself.
I have set a caloire target of 1350 per day. I am mainly veggie, aim for as much unprocessed, whole foods as I can, and I love to cook.
