Hey all - didn't see one started - I need help keeping on track for maintenance!! Hope everyone is busy and happy - I've been eating tooooo much - time to get the 2 lbs i've gained off again and get back on track - TOM sure don't help much!
stepped on the scale this morning, first time since my birthday on Sunday, weighed in at 180.5!!!! almost to my first mini goal of below 180!
Haven't binged in 13 days, have at least walked for exercise almost everyday, but have eaten not bad throughout.

Hi! Haven't been on much lately. Dh is hunting this weekend and the internet isn't working at the house. I'll be able to check from work this week.
It's my goal to get on track, both with my eating and exercising this week. I'm going to attempt to get back into running (slowly) if my old body will let me. Wish me luck and have a great week!
