Hello to all from 1FC in Canada
What an awesome site!!! so much reading to do , and have enjoyed reading others stories....
My dieting was hopeless for the past two years - after having 2 major back surgeries - both of which didnt work, sent to chronic pain centre and put on a plethera of medications which helped pile on the weight , and they destroyed my thryroid, teeth, and tummy..... but... good news... I have been slowly being weaned off of most of the medications - my thyroid is comning back to normal! Going to the gym is out, but my boys bought me a fantastic treadmill and I use it daily and it has helped with weightloss - but dieting hasnt been going well - unsure why........ doctor is stumped, dietician is stumped and so am I......... I keep looking in the direction for the quick fix..... besides surgeries - lap band or lipo - both of which I can't afford...doesn't solve the problem......
Any help or suggestions you all could give me..... would be most welcomed......or which diet has worked for you all..... I have tried weight watchers - but was hard to get to meetings......and hard to cook with my sons always starving - and my lack of willpower at the time........ I still have it for certain foods.....thank goodness they are low cal...
I would love that diet tracker that you all have under your posts..... where can I get it?
