I am 41 single gal who is struggling on getting started and sick and tired of zig zag my weight. I want and need to lose weight and remain healthy. I would like on having a few online friends via emails friendly support daily.
I will begin on getting serious with calorie counting and have a weekly weigh in and learning to be patient on this efforts. I weigh 370 and my ideal goal weight is 140. I am going to start on 2-2-08.
I will diet and exercise.. 30 minutes dancing daily regimen.
