well nearly 4 weeks have past and another 1lb lost :D. i would like to thank all you guys for the fantastic support i have found here. :cp: keep posting those private messages. for all those who posted on the "empty nest syndrome" my nest seems much more fuller. :hug:

Hi Linda well done on that 1lb.

Why don't you pop into the 40 something chat thread. We have a good bunch of girls that chat whenever they feel like it.
