I'm new and starting today!
Came across this site and thought it might help. I'm a 42 year old SAHM w/4,6,and 8 year old. I have put myself on hold for too long raising my kids....and am ready to get back on track. I'm going to try and eat healthy and excersise! I thought if I put it in writing I would stick to it....I'll post my stats soon. Looking forward to supporting everyone.
