Newbie here and I am wanting to get tone and lose weight before I turn 41 this summer. I know I will not lose all the weight, I just wanna have a good start by then I am lucky enough to have an elliptical. I just dont' have the motavation. I am here to find support and friendship and also to return the favor.
I am married and have 2 kiddos ages 10 and 5. I work full time

Hey - I'm a newbie too! Well sort of - I used this site a couple of years ago when I lost some weight. Unfortunately I lost focus and gained some back. This site is a great tool. I'm ready to get back on the weight loss wagon but I could use some help. Any tips?
