I'm new on here and just started The Ideal Protein diet on the recommendation of my endocrinologist. PCOS and severe insulin resistance are some of my issues I am dealing with. Hoping for success this time!

So glad to see you here! I know several women on the forum suffer from PCOS (although, surprisingly, I don't know of any men who suffer from it =P). I also hear people speak of insulin resistance. Working through both of these issues will be difficult, but I think you'll get the support and advice you need here.
