You can find all the motivation you need on here, but you've already come a long way, regardless of the fact that it was ''by not eating right'', you still have lost most of your weight, you can do anything you set your mind to.
Just make sure you do it right so you don't have a negative impact on your health. Take it from me, it's not fun.
