So, I made it one week of eating alot healthier and exercising
I walked 2 miles five times this week! I did not know someone my size could push myself to do it. Very proud, tomorrow is my weigh in and I just know I will see a loss of some kind!
That's absolutely AWESOME! Getting started, staying consistent throughout the weight loss and maintenance are the three hardest parts of this journey. Hahahaha! I'm kidding of course. I have a dumb sense of humor. Seriously, that's so great!!! Way to go!!!!
