Default Mini Goal & Emotional Boost
Happily, I hit the 20 pound mark. It is hard to believe.

While seeing the numbers on the scale are amazing, I haven't really noticed anything, myself, yet. I don't feel a different and I haven't noticed anything with my clothes yet.

So, the nicest benefit so far for me was yesterday. My husband hugged me and told me he could tell the difference. I think I'm still smiling

Congrats! You're just used to seeing yourself everyday, so it's hard to notice a difference, but it's there.

I just hit my 20lb mark too today and I guess I was so loud hooting and hollering in the bathroom that when I came out of the bathroom my daughter commented. "Mommy, were you doing the happy dance in there, huh? How much did you lose now?"

Just think of how much closer you are to goal

20lbs is amazing!! Congrats!!!! Start taking pictures of yourself. I wish I started right from the beginning but honestly I can't tell a difference in myself until I compare pictures of what I looked like 20lbs heavier. Keep going your in the groove now!
