Talking The first 6lbs

I started working out, and better eating a number of weeks ago. I hadn't seen any movement in the scale
but kept it going. I hurt my knee a little so I took a break to let it heal, and found a lower impact routine.
I have since kept up with my healthy eating habits, and even though I have not been as active due to my
knee.... I dropped 6lbs! I'm super excited! For the longest time I was at 225, never dropping any lower.
I would fluctuate higher because of water weight, and I know that is normal through out the day. But I
have FINALLY dipped below it!! So happy!

And it seems like the hardest this time around. :\ Last year I started (before I got sick and never started back up again).
I lost SOO much easier! I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks, and was doing GREAT! This time around is proving a bit more difficult.
But I'm not letting myself get discouraged, and I'm sure not giving up!

Look into "foam rolling" for your knee. Video on you tube.
