Hi I started in February and started at 241, I plan on losing 100 before I start phasing out. I am 3/4 the way to my goal, on the last 25 lbs. Good luck and this program is so amazing can't say enough about it. Easy but strict, follow the rules and you will do great. Welcome.

I've lost 104 of 200 that I had to lose... It's daunting but I just kind of figure this (the eating and exercise) is for the rest of my life...

I want to lose 135lbs and I have 60lbs gone as of yesterday. I know once i get to my goal I will want to go smaller but when I started 135lbs to lose sounded a lot better than 200lbs which is probably what I will end up losing. I started April 27th. Follow the program to a "T" and you will do fine. Drink lots of water and make sure you eat your veggies

I weighed about the same as you when I started....2.5 months later and I'm down 38 lbs and over 19 inches! Its DEFINITELY worth it! Nothing has worked for me for YEARS to lose weight, until this

I started IP on April 1. While I really had 120lbs to lose I set the goal for 75lbs.

I didn't even think about the larger goal of 75lbs, I just focused on losing some weight every week.

I have lost 90% of that goal and now I want to go for the entire 120lbs I need to lose.

You can do it!
