Default 90 Day Exercise Challenge! (Aug/Sept/Oct)

Hello ladies! I loved the first 90-Day Exercise Challenge thread I posted so much, I'm back for another round!

Here's how it works:

Copy and paste the following text to your post. Fill out your data. Then, after each workout you've completed, come back and edit your post to reflect your progress. If you want to be brave and take before and after pictures to post, you're encouraged to do so. (Although, I think I'll be the only one to do it in the previous challenge!)

8/2-- 40 min..intervals (sprinting & power walking)
8/3--20 min of HIIT on treadmill. I did intervals of 40 secs@ 6.0 mph & 1 min@ 3.0 I also did 3 laps around my cove..
8/4--45 min power walk (2 miles)
8/5--10 min of TF HIIT 15 & 20 min HIIT on treadmill (30:30 ratio @ 6.5mph)
8/6--30 min power walk & jog intervals

8/7--30 min power walk/sprint intervals
8/8-- 15 min of TF HIIT & 20 min on treadmill
