Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I do drink quite a bit of water so that's covered already.
Cutting back on dinner is actually something I've been working on in the last couple of weeks by eating a later breakfast and so far it's helped some (I've lost about 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks, which is better than my average).
I've heard others mention the Duncan diet, wow, that's a lot of meat! I think I'll try the S. Beach Diet Phase 1 first simply due to cost reasons (meat and dairy is very costly here, I can only afford one tub of cottage cheese per week, for instance
). But if that doesn't work maybe I'll try it for a bit.
I actually had to cut back a lot on my exercise this past month just due to sickness and injuries. I'm easing back in it a bit but am trying to not increase too quickly before I see a doctor first. However, I've been trying to do simple things like punches at my desk at work/taking DD outside more on the weekends and run around with her a bit etc.
Anyways, thanks for the help! I would love to hear other stories from anyone who was able to speed up their weight loss well into their journey!
