July wasn't a good month. I went back and forth and just got too laxed with everything. I would do good and fall off the wagon. I even had some great accountability partners and still I messed up. For August I just want to get it together and keep it together.
~ exercise 30 minutes a day and possibly get up to doing 30 in the a.m. and 30 in the p.m.
~ cut out the snacking, find something to occupy my mind when I am thinking food
~ get enough sleep at least 7 hours a day
~ possibly see 169 on the scale by month's end
... don't think about tomorrow, focus on TODAY and do the best you can//I'm not where I want to be, but I'm sure not where I used to be!//Don't let a bad meal turn into a bad day, a bad day turn into a bad week, a bad week push you to give up, Just pick up from there and get back on track
