Start weight July 31- 217.8 I vow to never see 220 again
My monthly weigh ins are on the 15th of the month. My goal is 1-2# wt loss a week or 4-8# a month. I lost 10lbs for the month of July. I'm ready for August!!!!
Working 28 today, had shredded wheat biscuit, cheese and 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast. Now enjoying brocolli/yellow pepper/tomatoes covered in cheese and a salad Avoided the "skinny" ice cream in the cafe..the one I have at home is sugar free and I've been having a cup almost every night and still losing weight! We'll see what happens for dinenr...I'm going to either do chicken wings or cheese for my protein and maybe have a piece of fruit instead of veggies.
Why am I telling you this...so that I DO IT!!!!
kwigg - You can come edit your first post if you like, some people do and some don't. This thread gets pretty chatty too and most of us check in each day with a new post that includes our weight for the day as well. I gave up on editing my first post and no longer even include the list of dates in it because I never remembered to edit it. I just put my weight and how much down or up I am from the day before in my daily post and then let everyone know what my total was at the end of the month.
My weigh in day is Wednesday. I'll see how this goes, but those of you in the July thread know I hate this daily weigh in. I LIKE WEDNESDAY! lol If I don't post my weight every day, please forgive me this failing! I love the people in this thread and will stay, even if I weigh only on Wednesday.
Good luck to all in August. This month is a big challenge month for me. Family wedding on the 13th - out of town, so there are several days where things aren't as easy as when you're home. And vacation at the end of the month. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
