Default Taco Seasoning

I was just wondering if on Phase 1 you can use taco seasoning from the package?

All the ones I've seen have sugar in them and 5g of carbs per serving. In the recipe thread there is a taco seasoning recipe...

The packaged kind I use has 3g of carbs and no sugar. I did stall when I ate it for 3 days (leftovers) one week but when I have it just once on a salad I am fine.

Also..go to Allrecipes.com and look at Taco seasonings. There are a few good recipes with only spices..no cornstarch or sugar.

With all this taco talk I just made some and threw together my own seasoning and it was ok. Happy I spared some of the extras that I don't need and felt satisfied at the same time.
