Weighed in at 191.2 on Saturday and I am so excited to get out of the 190s. Been in this range for around 4 weeks. The lowest I've seen in 6 years was 174 and I am rapidly approaching that number!
193 again today. It's TOM, but that doesn't necessarily effect my weight very much....I'm hoping I stay on track to get in the mid 180s, at least, so I can then focus on teetering in the 80s and not the 90s like I've been doing for a long time...Good luck everyone!
Today was my weigh in day and 200.0 darn you TOM fluctuations.
I weighed as low as 197.2 this week. I know it's just TOM, but it's disheartening to reach ONEderland and then see 200 again. I should have a big loss next week though.
Scarlett, I totally empathize with you! Getting over that hump was tough when I was at my highest, now I'm only fluctuating in the 90s (thank god.) I did hit 188 before and then went back up to 192....it definitely kills your day and make you want to starve that day...:-p
I've been hopping back and forth between 192 and 195 this week (and its my TOM so maybe Ill see a nice little drop since I just finished yesterday.)
and I started excersizing again! yay its only been since APRIL so maybe I can see the 180s by the end of the month!!
