Default "You look f#$%ing AMAZING!"

So today I was feeling kind of down cuz I have gained 2 lbs. My eating has been crap, I made some mistakes like I started having carbs for breakfast instead of a protein shake, that set me up for failure cuz it made me crave all day long.

Anyhow, someone at work commented on my nice hourglass shape, and then after I left work I ran into a guy I hadn't seen since losing and his jaw about dropped when he saw me. He said I looked absolutely f%^&ing amazing about 3 times, his bf had to calm him down and remind him we were in public. haha.

it felt so nice though, I feel sometimes like I'm working so hard and no one is noticing. I know some people don't mention in case it would be rude, but wow, that felt good.

That and today was a perfectly on plan day so that made it even better. Those 2 lbs will be gone soon. Going to the gym tomorrow!

Wow! That is quite the compliment! And clearly well timed too! It's easy to beat ourselves up when we hit a few bumps because it's too hard to keep our perspective. I'm SO glad you ran into that guy so he could give you the exact pick me up you needed!!

Congratulations for the compliments! Nothing feels better than hearing something like that especially when you hang around people who see you every day and might not notice the losses right away.

Also Jami, your avatar cracks me up. Reminds me of all the times I pulled the tape measure wicked tight wishing I could somehow squeeze back to having a 32" waist lol

I know huh! That's exactly what it reminded me off when I saw the pic! "See! I DO have a 32" in waist!"
