So far it has been pretty easy. I weighed this morning and if the scales are right, it looks like another pound!

I agree--the food is pretty good, but I have a question. With the armband you can look at what you eat and it graphs the protein, carbs and fat. It is aways about 2/3 carbs and the rest is a combo of fat and protein. Is this a good balance?

I am not very literate on nutrition....
