Default Bad, Bad, Knee

I just started to enjoy exercising and now I've hurt my knee. The Ortho thinks I tore cartiledge in my knee and may need surgery. I have a MRI for next Tues and followup appt. for Friday. I was going to join the gym as they have spin class and zumba, but that's not happening. I'm so frustrated.
I'm going to try and still walk and eat right, hopefully I'll still lose a little, I can't walk as much or as fast as I was though. Just wanted to vent.

I'm sorry! That's terrible! I hope everything is ok with your knee.

If it ends up being a torn miniscus...HAVE THE SURGERY. It's non-invasive, you'll heal quickly, and your knee will feel SO much better in the long run!!

Take care of yourself!!
