Hi,

It's almost summer, and I'm thinking of where I want to be by NEXT summer.

So, this will be the last summer where I:

Weigh over 200 lbs

am too embarassed to wear shorts outside of my home

do not wear sleeveless shirts or sundresses

am embarassed to wear a bathing suit (but I do it anyway)

feel horrible in the hot weather

Anyone else have a list?

I stop telling myself how fat and lazy that I am, and start telling myself that I am beautiful, and on my way to Onederland!

I quit wearing shorts because I think others will be appauled by me. I will wear them, and wear them proudly.

I try to cover myself up in bundles of clothing, trying to hide all the flab. I will show a little more skin, and feel proud that I can start to do that.

I feel like I am going to die of heat stroke in the summer, and get out of breath walking a few blocks.

I avoid the amusement parks b/c I can't fit into the cars comfortably on the roller coasters.

it's two parts for me next summer, even if i have to go with a tankini because of residual strech marks. heh.

-sea kayak!
-gain lean body mass and lose fat.
-make time for me.
-grill out on my new patio.
-swim in the ocean as much a possible (it's COLD!)

I want to reach 199 by Labor Day too! 23 pounds to go! I d idn't think about the eating ice cream in public, but that's definitely another one. I hardly ever eat ice cream in public..usually by low fat frozen yogurt and eat it at home.

Ben & Jerry's once wrote that people eat ice-cream in two differents ways:

Biters & Lickers.

Biters feel weird seductively licking their ice cream in public and would much rather take a bite of it.

I'm a licker. And I love ice cream, even in public.

I am to lazy to run around with my kids, they will have to catch ME next year

I REFUSE to wear shorts, or sleeveless tops in public because of my really disgusting arms & legs

I worry about my double chin ALL the time

I wear really long shirts to COVER my butt Watch out people, next summer I plan to bare alot more skin
