Default 50 lbs lost! Woohooo!!!
I can't believe I lost 50 lbs! Crazy! I started mid January with WW (doing it myself at home). I also workout (pilates, C25k and weights) several times a week. Though I got to bump that up a bit now :-)

I went down from a tight size 16 to size 8. I am a bit shocked I already fit in a size 8 but I guess some store do vanity sizing. Works for me in this case!

I still have lots of pounds to lose but my ticker sure looks nice stating 50 lbs lost. Doesn't it? :-)

I just wanted to say that it definitely is possible to lose a bunch of weight! Wherever you are at, don't give up! You can do it too!

3FC is a huge help and the community is amazing! Thank you all!
I especially love the challenges! They are fun and keep you pushing hard!
