We had a similar thread in June to lose 10pounds by July 1st, some of us lost all the 10pounds, some lost a few while some gained, in it all we were focused and determined!
To continually get support from one another, we've decided to start a similar thread for August.
If you're interested, come and join in, we need your support! All you need do is post your starting weight as at July 1st and your goal weight and weigh in weekly (choose the day most convenient for you). You can share tips on how you're shedding off the weights and even ask for support when it looks like the scales are not moving.
We are counting on everyone's support and hoping that we will faithfully kick off more of the weights in August.

One VERY IMPORTANT advice: DO NOT GIVE UP IF IT LOOKS LIKE YOU WON'T ACHIEVE THE 10POUNDS TARGET OR YOU'RE NOT LOSING WEIGHT OR EVEN GAINING WEIGHT, just imagine what would have happened if you were not eating healthy or exercising!
All said, i hope to see you all in the course of this challenge. Like i said in the previous challenge, it's not my thread, it's our thread and we're here for one another.
Count me in. I have been maintaining a 112-120 lb weight loss for almost 10 years but I really need to drop 8 lbs in order to fit back into my school clothes(I'm a teacher). In service starts August 1st so this is perfect. I'm currently at 145.8 and want to get back to 138lbs.
I eat extremely healthy already so my goal is to up my exercise intensity.
I really want to join in. I need to (re)lose about 20lbs and want to lose quite a lot of it before September when I am planning a holiday. BUT - I have a problem - I cannot make myself get on the scales in case it sets me off on a compensatory "self-pity binge"!
Can I be a part of this without knowing what I weigh? I just can't do it. The very thought has me craving chocolate.
