Sorry if this has been posted before everyone, but this is driving me insane!

I have been off all added sugar for a week now and for the past 5 days I have had a continuous headache. It is like a low backgroud throb that is driving me absolutely crazy

Has anyone had any similar experiences? How long did it last?

ive had that before..it took about 4 days to clear up..its just a withdrawl thing..it WILL get better..just drink lots of water..i also heard 1/2 tsp of sea salt in an 8 ounce glass of water helps clear it in about 10 minutes or so im told..havent tried it yet..but other say it works..

I haven't experienced this since I gave up soda a few years ago, but I remember it lasted about two days. It was scary, to think I was experiencing withdrawls from something seemingly harmless! Good luck on your quest.
