For the past month I have eaten 3000-4000 calories daily, and gained 6 kg
anyway, I have used sites to calculate my BMR but they all give different amounts. Some of them advise 1500 calories/day for me to lose weight and some say going as low as 800/day (I used to be able to consume that much and be FULL but no chance now!
)
On a few days I consumed the 800/day but at night I started wondering if I was eating enough so I ended up binging those nights again. I don't know what is the perfect amount to eat- I tend to either be constantly hungry or constantly full!
If someone could calculate for me than that would be great
I'm 4"11 and 101 pounds (seems small but I look very large in real life
