I didn't do that great this week, up .2 - I know it's only .2 and I had my period, but I really haven't been doing too well. I've lost, gained, lost gained.
I talked to my leader after and he asked to see my food journal next week, which immediately sent me into a panic! Anyway, I started to think about what I'm eating and just how much effort I am putting into this vs. what I want out of it. It's very easy for my leader (who was just being nice) to ask me it it's my thyroid. No it's not my thyroid, it's everything that I eat!
So beginning last Saturday - the 24th, I started anew. I went out and bought good foods to have in the house. I've been really good for 3 days straight and I'm looking forward to weighting in on Saturday and showing him my journal!
I told myself when I started this that I mean business this time and I do!
Have a good week everyone.

I was really afraid to weigh in this week. My parents are in town, and my daughter graduated, so I really didn't have time for all of my exercising this week at all. I did do really great and stay totally OP with my water and my food. I didn't even cheat when we went out to eat or when we had the graduation party. Everyone else was eating the Hog Wild Pit BBQ that we had catered in, but I grabbed my Healthy Choice meal and stuck with it.
Anyway, even without all of my exercise, I still dropped 3 pounds this week, which puts me at 225. It officially takes me out of the Obese III category and into the Obese II category.

I'm down 1.2 this week. I'm at an even 250. I've now lost 40.2 on WW since January and another 8 or 9 before that.

I'm down 3 lbs. to 184 this week. It's been a rocky month but I think I've got things under control again. There's no stopping me now!!

Lost two more pounds!
I'm now "severely obese" on the BMI charts . . .grrr, I hate the BMI! At least I'm not "morbidly obese" anymore. Although if I gain anything at all next week I'll be right back there (I'm just barely in the "severely obese" range).
Congrats Chris on making it back into the 180's! And congrats dowsx4 on your great loss . . . five pounds is awesome! Congrats to all the other losers, too! And BethC that small gain will be gone in no time. Dana, it's good to see you posting again. I wondered where you were (figured you were busy with work). You'll get back on track; sometimes it just takes a while to adjust. I think changes in schedule are the worst for throwing me off track -- I like consistency!

I'm down 2 this week. Hooray! I'm almost overweight--7 lbs. to go...never thought I'd be happy to be "overweight"!
