Default Hula Hoops = FUN!

I LOVE HULA HOOPS!

( even if they're made of bamboo and give you agony for the rest of your weekend when they drop onto your toes!!!)

At first I used them for exercise but now they're really fun. I do them in front of the TV usually.

Does anyone else use hula hoops? I heard they're really effective as they do cardio and strength training (abdomen+back). They burn a good amount of calories I guess...

I've only just started and can't yet do the full workout video, but I agree they are a lot of fun! I also got a set of arm hoops to strengthen my back and shoulders.

I have two rather large/heavy hula hoops that I bought a while back, but I was never able to keep the thing up.

Hi! I am using hula hoop it so much FUN! I cannot do all that fancy tricks (super beginner) and learning to hula got me a bit obsessed and irritated but its worth it. I bought heavy hula with "massager" and died on first few tries. I had to switch to the foamed one (way better).
Now I hula whenever I get stressed out as its incredible mood buster!

I got a really pretty weighted hoop for mothers day, but just can't get it! So it's just in the corner collecting dust. Sigh.
