Default First Mini Goal Accomplished!! And I feel good!
So I just realized that I have accomplished my first mini goal! I'm am not overweight anymore!!! It is such a wonderful feeling! I've been reading stories of people completing a mini goal, and finally it has happened to me! I lost about 12 pounds! I'm 1/3 of the way to my goal!! I haven't been this weight in 6 years!

OH LIFE IS GOOD!


now maybe it's time to start jogging. (I've been dreading it, but I know I should)
