Im not counting this year, at all. I've spent the last 5 months basically maintaining within 9 lbs up and down, stressed and more stressed.
So I'm starting over this month, my birthday month, seems appropriate to me

i started here in march.

i lost 12.1 pounds in the last half of march, all that water.
i lost 12.3 pounds in all of april.
i lost 7.7 pounds in the first 3 weeks of may, and then gained it back on my honeymoon.

i will start back with daily weighing tomorrow and get myself back into the habit. hoping the water weight from the honeymoon will be mostly gone (my rings still don't want to come off) and i really hope i can still claim a small loss for may!

hubby starts his clinical work on monday so he won't be here as much influencing my eating habits before work, and i won't feel so self conscious about weighing myself on the wii fit in front of him. (which is really weird, considering i will workout in front of him AND tell him my weight)...

I am setting some fitness goals this month. I want to get into a plan of jogging 2-3x a week AND having 1 full hour of Pilates a week. I really, really, REALLY need to get on board with my core. It has been a thorn in my side since this whole journey started and I feel the need to conquer it....or at the very least...start to conquer it.

My goal for June is to be safely nestled in the 260's - instead of bouncing in and out like May. Areas of focus for me this month: 1) Stay OP over the weekends, 2) Stay OP during TOM, 3) Drink ALL my water EVERY day, and 4) Don't let excuses keep me from the gym. My UBER goal would be to make it to my 2nd mini-goal this month. That would mean a loss of 9.4 lbs...I THINK I CAN, I THINK I CAN!
