It's not just sugar its' everything. EVEN diet food I will just eat way more than I'm suppose too! I did great yesterday though so I'm hoping if I can get the first week down without messing up I will be on a good track! lol
Maybe you should trying bouncing your calories like going to the high-end of them and then the next day go back down to the lower end. It will trick your body!
Yesterday was great! I stayed w/in my calorie range even though I had to talk to myself some and exercised! I'm going to do the same today too. Tiffany
