Is there a thread on the Biggest Loser Finale?
I have given up on watching the show because a lot about it bugs me BUT I love FFing through the finale and seeing how everyone looks. I was amazed at the final three - they all lost so much weight so fast and they still look amazing. The sisters looked like people who had never been overweight! I think it would be difficult for them to stay at their finale weights but I noticed they didn't have any kind of loose skin issues on the arms or thick calves - which a lot of once-overweight people seem to have. It made me wonder if those issues resolve themselves when you get to the low end of your weight range.
I don't know enough about any of the contestants to really comment on them, but the final three looked great!
