I'm still finding out that certain things really upset my tummy.

Half the points have been flushed down the toliet.I've been eating alot
of fruits, veggies & baked things,so when I eat something "unusual" this
always happens .... does anything like that happen to you?

That happens to ANYONE who eats Taco Bell. You may as well buy the tacos and just flush them down the toilet - same difference. There is also ZERO nutritional value to Taco Bell. Why waste your points on something like that? If you're on the go and need fast food, Wendy's is a better option - small chili and a side salad will fill you up completely.

I make my own tacos when I want them. At the very least they taste better lol

I'm with LisaP. Taco Bell... ugh. A lot of points for not a lot of good.

O.K.,I know Taco Bell wasn't the best choice, but
it was that or hamburgers...so I thought I was making
a better choice(I got soft tacos). My question wasn't pointed just at Taco Bell,
is there foods that you haven't eaten in awhile then when you
do...you have tummy issues.

Mine sometimes does that when I eat something really greasy after eating healthy for a while

I can't eat fried and greasy foods. Tears up my stomach and it is so not worth it anymore. so it has made it easier for me to pick the right things to eat since I don't want to be in pain all night long

Taco Bell always gave me tummy troubles of the lower variety, no matter how healthy or badly I had been eating for the surrounding meals. I had one soft taco back in November of last year and it shot through me like a bullet - not what you want to have happen when you are walking around the mall. Luckily, I did not have an accident. But I will never eat Toxic **** again.

I have noticed tummy troubles when I'm eating something different from my usual especially if it is fried or greasy and I think that's normal, really. Sometimes it's the grease in there, sometimes it happens when you eat something you haven't had for a while, you know?
