Good Morning Leenie! So good to see you! What have you been doing to be a "bad girl"? details? we need details! lol

So CAD seems to be workable for you? which meal are you eating carbs at? supper? I did pretty good low carbing yesterday but for some reason I find it difficult. I guess I am use to grabbing some carbs cause they are quick. can't be doing that!

Happy Happy Birthday LindaT!!!! I hope you have a wonderful and BLESSED Birthday girlie!!!!!! what are you doing for your birthday besides working?

long weekend? what long weekend? am I so busy with graduation that I don't know what's going on?

I really don't know much today....I'm just running errands and getting everything ready for graduation and the celebration afterwards. We are fixing 2 huge gumbos (as per Cody's request) and homemade subway sandwiches and a ton of fingerfoods. Wish you guys could come!!!!!

I hope everybody has a great day!

hugs,
Cathy

Hey Goils !!

SEE THE HAPPY BIRTHDAY THREAD AT THE TOP OF THIS BOARD !!

Cathy, I'm doing cad w/my reward meal at night... thats the killer meal for me and so far so good.

I just have to make sure I don't drink coffee allll day long w/cream in it b/c thats a nono. Can't snack. It is hard but I do feel better.... down 9 lbs in 2 weeks

Today for breakfast I had 5 slices of turkey bacon mmmm
Lunch will be tuna, egg and salad.
Tonight for dinner is fruit, salad, whole wheat pasta w/gobs of sauce, and a dinner roll w/butter...
Usually when I get home I scarf down evrything like cookies and chips but so far its working... I have to stop eating like that and keep the fruit & veggies as a filler.

Nothings easy !! Errrr !!!

Lizzy lady you still going 90 mph ? LOL

Hugs !

Good morning

I just came to the computer to check my e-mail. It was raining this morning....but it looks like it might clear up.

I am on my way out the door to my Wednesday A.M. coffee with friends.

Have been feeling good lately.....had the Effexor reduced from 150 mg. to 75 mg. almost 2 weeks ago....all I wanted to do was sleep. Now I am waking up earlier....& hardly have afternoon naps now....which is good.

See you later.

Default Boithdays.. bah

Thanks Leens, Cathy and Liz for the birthday wishes. Liz already knows it is SOSDD. Cathy I am not doing anything, except working. It really is a regular day. Got up at 5, did aerobics.. you all know the rest. It really is the same as always. Tonight I have leftovers for dinner and plan to do nothing. Leenie, you and your big sticky.

Hi again

Linda....Happy Birthday....have a great day!!!!!!!!!

I forgot that I had an appointment to have my color done.....forgot to write it down in the calendar.....but I was able to get in to at least get my hair cut.

Then I went for a pedicure.....it was so nice!!!!! It was a birthday gift from last month.

I am doing better with the food this week.

Happy Birthday Linda!!

Hi everyone.. low carb is workin for me.. am in 2nd week of induction now.. haven't been on scales past 2 days, but was down 5 pounds after 1 week. Am feeling pretty good!

April.. glad to hear the meds are easing. that light box must be helping... if you're not using it over summer, be sure to start again in Aug some time.. BEFORE the days start getting too short!! I'm dragging mine out Sept long weekend.. always waited til Oct long, but I think I'll go sooner this year and see if that helps. I know you're further north than I am.. I'm on 50th parallel, so you might want to try sooner.

gotta go pack lunch for tomorrow *s

Judo Mom....I am at the 53rd parallel....The councillor I went to in the winter said that a lot of her clients....who have S.A.D.....use the light box in the spring & summer....when there are cloudy or rainy days. This spring we have had a lot of either overcast, cloudy or rainy days.
