Hey Davisville! I'm new here too. My biggest frustration & challenge is my body seems to be falling apart. I have a bad back, ankles are weak from multipule sprains, knees are degenerating, rotator cuff problem in my shoulder, and finaly my asthma! I have a very physical job and by the time I finish work I am so sore and beat up that the last thing I want to do is exercise in any way. When I was on light duty last year after surgery it was great because I had energy left to go to the gym. I was going 2 or 3 nights plus a Saturday. I had never felt SO good and in 3 short months I had lost about 38LBS!!! Now its been 8 months since my shoulder injury & I've gained it all back! So between my aching body & working 10-12 hour shifts 6 days a week I have to figure out how to sneak in healthy eating & exercises. Whew thanks for letting me get that off my chest! LOL

What about you??

I'm always in fatigue and tired regardless of if I'm in pain from fibro or not.
