Default 5 LB Challenge 154!!!
Everyone is welcome to join. Just post your Starting Weight (SW) and your Goal Weight (GW). Login as often as you like and Post your current weight (CW). The first person to reach their 5 LB Goal Weight (GW) wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 LB Challenge. Good Luck, Everyone!

Congratulations Kayakgirl on starting the new thread and getting that much closer to your goals!

I made a pledge today that I will NOT weigh in after today for a little bit.

SW: 164.2
GW: 159.2

Not only will this be a 5lb goal, it will get me out of the 160s!!!! YAY!!!!

*I do weigh in with the trainer on Wed, but that is a different scale and I do that with all of my shoes and clothes on and I have eaten. I like to do my weight first thing in morning being in my birthday suit and an empty stomach lol
